Morning or Evening?
All other things being equal would you prefer a morning or evening start this Friday on a small rural lake with lots of pads for LM bass? Work is not a factor, so needn't influence answers ;-)

I like evening as well. Early AM is nice of course, but inevitably gives way to a Sun high in the sky.
But that's just me, and bass can be caught all day, not so picky like trout.

I prefer evening over morning. Unless it is morning and l can go fishing now. Then morning is best. Or midday, if there are no other options. All are better than nights at work ;)

I like Morning. I hate the wind and found that there is less of it early AM vs PM

Well, I do most of my fishing after work so 4pm-dark so prefer evening less people sometimes and you can count on top water bite before dark. But some lakes you do have to deal with a lot of wind in afternoon.
