How does the law work if you can't take the native fish out of the water, but you're fishing from a designated "fishing pier" in WA that are around 12-16' above the water? If you cut the line you're littering.
They don't allow access to the rocks either if you were to walk it around to get down to the water...
I guess it would just get free eventually from the barbless hook?
