Fished Rock Lake last Friday morning. It wasn't lights-out fishing; but, we did ok. Nice 17" steelhead, a 16" bow, and then four rainbows in the 12-13" range. We returned a couple of smaller bows and had several others come unbuttoned before we could get the net on them.
After seeing Captain Dave Grove's recent post describing the Mack's Double-D dodger, I decided to try it. The 4" chrome model worked like a champ when we trolled a perch-colored 2.8" OG1 behind it. (Trimmed the leader to 30 inches.) In addition the 1.8" fluorescent pink and the 1.8" fluorescent white and pink also fished well.
