I went out this morning in search of some new spots to fish. I'm still learning locations on the Snohomish river system. I started out at Rotary park trying to fish upriver from the boat launch to the inlet. Didn't get a single byte. Left after a while and drove out to Thomas Eddy. Was able to fish for a few hours here. Saw a few other people catching fish with eggs. I decided to switch from my jig to a dick nite and I caught my first chromer. Nice 7 ish pound hen. Shortly after this I had to leave to get to work. Hope to be out tomorrow as well. If you see me, give me some tips. I'm just out there to learn. Thanks!!
