went down to langus to fish the incoming and breakin the new pole. started throwing buzzbombs and within a few casts fish on!! wait nope off at the bank. damn barbless hook. threw back out boom nother one. in the net. went quiet for bout a hour had to move cause the tide was coming in went down to the pier and managed to hook 4 more in bout 45 mins. then had to leave for work. back out soon. tight lines all

One of the ladies that works at Triangle Bait in Snohomish said that you don't need barbless hooks in the rivers - only out in the Sound.

True, but it depends on the river. The Snohomish river does not have the barbless hook rule in effect. Certain rivers do, however, so be sure to check your regs.
