The fish are starting to come up the Snohomish. I caught my first pink this morning at Langus park below the freeway bridge, lost another one to a bad leader and two strikes that didn't take. The first school was pretty good sized and they were rolling in front of me for about 5 minutes. They all moved up the river really fast though. I was fishing from the bank using a small Dick Nite spoon.

do you have to fish now with a filed bar, so you'll be able to release the native fish?
any leads to what's allowed now on that river/area will be most appreciated.
