Spent about 3 hours on the snohomish this morning above the Lowell boat launch. I tried a lot of different tackle none of which worked good for fishing from a kayak. As a last resort I switched to a pink and white jig with a little flash and caught a silver on the third cast. Then the wind picked up and I decided it was time to go. This is my first Silver and it was much more fun than the pinks. Thanks for sharing your reports.

Only 3 hours, and you get a coho (notorious for lockjaw)? Sounds like a 4 star day to me. I hope I'll be that lucky tomorrow.

yeah I think we hit a school at just the right time with the jigs. My bro caught one at about the same time as me but lost it due to tightening his drag. Whoops. Looked pretty big to. Good luck tomorrow.
