What a great evening to spend on the river tonight. No wind at all and temp around 65. Picked up my brother-in-law and went out after he got off work. Hit the river at around 430pm, found a teriffic spot south of snohomish at 445 and off with 2 limits by 730. It would have been sooner but the pinks are good at getting off the hooks.
Watch the boat launch at Lowell/rotary park...My truck got broke into finally...only good thing about it was I still had all my windows. Radio was gone even with the faceplate missing.They just slim jimmed my door and left it open..
Great day on the river anyway...tight lines to all

So the spot south of snohomish, it is the beach spot by the farms and it's on the river levee?

The spot is about 1/2 mile west of hyw 9 bridge around the 2 bends in the river. There is a man made reinforced wall made of sand bags (I think) to the south with 2 tree snags. The river has a "hump" in the floor from aprox 25 ft on either side of the trees to 15 to 18 ft at the trees. Fish either before or after the trees. careful, there are some snags below the surface on the bottom at the hump. Good luck

Shoot the Bastartds. This is happening way too often, whether you're fishing,hunting ,hiking or Dirtbiking. I dont go anywhere without a Pistol anymore. I may not shoot someone for stealing my stereo, but i'll sent one past his ear. He'll damn sure need to change his shorts.
