Tough day for me on the river this morning. Seemed to have tackle issues today and I've really changed nothing. Only went 1/4 today on the pinks. Landed the one about 30 minutes after I arrived at 8:30am. Second fish gave me the tail and spit the hook. Third fish broke me off on a rock. Tail hooked and landed a nice buck. Released him back. Then hooked another very nice hen and she straightened the hook and gave me the tail.

Bite seemed very off this morning. No consistancy at all. Slack tide actually showed the most activity on the water, but very few hookups. Left with the wife around 11:45 to get some lunch and hit the tackle store again. Going to amp up the gear a little.....
