Got to the lake a little before 6:00 AM, fished from my float tube. Only a couple of guys fishing bass when i arrived, but the parking lot filled up pretty fast. Fished a sink tip with black and olive buggers. Only a couple of fish until about 7:00 and then the action really picked up. Ended up with about a dozen fish before I had to leave @ 8:00, but lots of fun on my 4 wt. all plants, but they fought well, and all were gently released to fight another day. Lots of surface activity, maybe take a floating line next trip.
