Bosworth Lake covers 105 surface acres and reaches a maximum depth of 79 feet. It is located at 563 feet of elevation. Fish species include rainbow and cutthroat trout and largemouth bass. The water is gin clear. Public access is provided by the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife. The access area has been update fairly recently with a new pit toilet and concrete boat launching ramp. No internal combustion engines are allowed on the lake.
