I have hit Cranberry 4 times since January, always thinking the bite should start. After putting in over 5 hours this morning without even a nibble, it hasn't yet. I have the ibobber fish finder and app, and was marking fish all over they place. They are all sitting within a foot from the bottom, anywhere from 10 to 14 feet. Tried leader lengths ranging from 8' to 2". Different colors of power bait, power eggs etc. Tried a few spoons spin casting, but with the fish right on the bottom would be hard to get a take. I fished from the rocks by the boat launch, and later moved to the dock on the east end of the lake. I should have taken note of the water temp, but i did not. Talked to few others that have been having my same experience there. I've fished this lake in July and August in the past when the water really warms up and done well.
