Sorry for the late report, but I thought it was worthy enough to submit, even almost two weeks later. I started fishing around 4:30 AM targeting bass in the shallows with some sucess as I boated a 3 pounder, immediately followed by a 4 pounder using a 4" Senko in shallow water. As the morning passed along and the temperatures rising, I considered calling it a day, and when I casted my worm off the hook, I was pretty much done. I had a G Loomis set up with a perch colored Spook and gave it a few casts, on my final cast I was working the Spook (nice side to side action) over a weed bed in about six foot of water, about 50 yards off the shore. And splash, the Tiger came full out of the water and attacked my lure. I waited for the line to tighten and wham hook se. After a few minutes, the Tiger was netted and the lure popped out of its mouth. This was my once in a lifetime experience and I had an awesome time. As always all fished were released for someone else to enjoy. Unfortunately, in the excitement, I didnt get measurements, but did weigh the fish at 20 pounds.
