afk - In my opinion the only time they may be edible is right before ice up in the late fall. I am VERY spoiled by the trout from Rock and Lake Roosevelt for quality/taste. AH

6/12/2013 7:23:00 AMThanks, for the comments guys. I believe they start to get that muddy taste as they get bigger and more mature. The little guys always taste the best in my opinion.
