Tried for largemouth bass at Alice this morning, but no luck. The weather was clear and getting sunny, the water was calm and warm. Weed growth was much less than I expected. I tried soinnerbaits, rapalas, senkos and other crank baits but no response. I had a 12 incher on until he threw the hook. I was surprised by the lack of action.
