King County's Alice Lake covers 33 surface acres and has a maximum depth of 30 feet. Fish species include largemouth bass and a generous plant of rainbow trout. Trout fishing holds up quite well into late spring because of the depth of the lake.. Largemouth bass fishing is quite good for smaller bass with the occassional 4 or 5 pounder. Bass habitat in this clear water lake includes pad fields, private docks and floats and some old logs and wood in the water. Public access is provided by the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife. The large access area has plenty of parking space, pit toilets, and a good concrete block boat launching ramp. No internal combustion engines are allowed on this lake. Overview by Bob Johansen, photos by Mike Carey
