I decided to hit the lake rain or shine and boy did it rain on me. I arrived at the lake at 1145 and a boat was coming ashore. I asked how they did and they said they caught their limit using flatfish. It was lightly raining but started down pouring a few minutes later. My main target was LMB and came heavily armed with 7 rods. The weather wasn't cooperating and landed one LMB with a Rapala CD-9 in silver; it's also the same lure I caught a trout on. I caught another trout off the bottom some berkley gulp alive floating eggs in flo. orange.
