Went out and tried Beaver on Sunday afternoon...C&R'd 8 or 9 largemouth bass, with these two pictured being the biggest. A very slow bite, but I kept working at it and got some fish to respond. A super slow presentation worked best, but I did get a couple on a lazy wind drift. The weeds are better, but the water is getting cold fast. I think waiting to fish a warmer part of the day helped. Worth the trip to me.
