Fished Rock for a few hours this morning on the southern end. Looks like the water temp is moving up a bit, around 37+
Bite seemed slow to me, got 4 to the boat, all browns, 3 of them were fairly chunky, one was about 17". Hooked up on a diving plug and a silver husky jerk. The leadcore rig had several grabs but nothing hooked up.
I was marking more stuff on the sonar than usual either at 5-6 feet and also around 30 feet. If they were fish, they didn't seem to be interested in biting.
About 5 boats out there, didn't seem like people were sticking around, so maybe they weren't catching either. Saw a guy on the shore had two rainbows.
