I peeked out the window this morning and saw some blue sky so I decided to load up the boat. This was my first time fishing this lake and had high hopes. When we got there some guy got his boat trailer stuck so myself and a couple other guys waded in the water and got the trailer out. As far as fishing goes we had a rough day. We caught 3 bass and 1 perch between me and my girlfriend. Most of the bass that I could see in the water were very small. The lake seems like it has a good perch population. One of fisherman in a boat had a stringer full of perch and a couple trout. Hopefully next time we go we'll have better luck.
