This morning I started out at Mission Lake(1 fish) and then Tiger Lake(0 fish). I decided to head out to Wye lake at noon. I started trolling my favorite rapala with no bites. I decided to anchor out and throw out my line while I was changing my rapala to a different color. I got a bite after 5 minutes. It was only a small 8" fish. I casted out in a different direction and got a huge bite. I fought this hawg for 10 minutes. Lucky for me I brought my new net and it came in handy. This fish was 15" and 3.2 lbs. This is the third ginormous fish I caught out of this lake. I tried to release the fish but it sank to the bottom and then floated back to the surface so I got my net and scooped it up again. I caught a couple more small ones trolling back to the boat launch.
