This was the first time that I was ever skunked on Silver. Hit all my favorite spots... not a single bite. After 3 hours, I called it quits. Hopefully, in another few weeks, the water temp will go up and the fish will start cooperating.

Surprised they have not started to bite. Keep us posted when they start to bite, Perch are fun to catch and very tasty.

Will do. Luckily, I only live 5 min. from the lake... I'll check often.

I'm wondering if the population of tiger muskies has anything to do with the diminishing trout & pan-fish opportunities.

I still think that there are plenty of pan-fish in the lake (see some of the winter/ice-fishing reports). You don't hear a lot about the the trout because not many target them and I don't think (please correct me if I'm wrong) that WDFW has planted any in a few years.
