Got to the lake around 7:30 AM, caught one after about an hour on the bottom with a worm. After that we just couldnt catch anything to save our lives. We tried everything under the sun to catch these dang fish. Although I did not have a trolling motor and everyone else was catching the fish by trolling. Finally around 12:30-1:00 the fish started surfacing everywhere. We sunk anchor just at the end of the skinney section of the lake and tossed out a bobber with a 2-3 ft leader to a worm and within 10 min two of us had fish.After about an hour and a half we had 6 fish out of that area. All and all it was a beautiful day and we got some good 14-16 inch trout. And just a little comment to people with larger faster boats, PLEASE SLOW DOWN WHEN YOU ARE GOING BY A SMALLER BOAT.
