Fished the "opening day" derby...I quote this as this is a year round lake.....aside from the weather being rather bad, the fish simply wern't biting very much. Between two of us, we caught two small ones we returned to grow up and two about 13 to 14 inches after many hours of fishing. Not one of our better days on this lake. The "big" fish.....derby winner was 18 3/8 inches and they quickly dwindled from there. I guess it was too cold, wet and cloudy for the fish.
PS: the weather guy on KING5 completely blew the forecast........NEVER believe them!
