Tough day on Rock today. The wind was zero, the temperatures were nice, and I think I got a good sun burn, but the fish were hard to find and impossible to pattern for us.

We did catch 12 between the two of us, and the average size was larger then normal, but we spent 8 hours doing it.

It should be noted that the water was still 39 degrees F at day break, but it did warm to 43 at the surface by 2:00 PM. The lake is quite discolored from mud, with lure visability at less then 3 feet near the outlet and less then 2 feet at the inlet. There is a huge amount of floating debris on the lake, so watch out for drift wood when you fire up the big motor and fly across the lake.

Funny....My daughter and I caught the same sun burn out there. Unfortunately it is a keeper! lol! You did better than we did and from what I understand better than most of the boats.

I also probably have more time/experience on that lake then all the other boats combined (LOL). For us, the secret pattern was to keep looking for a secret pattern. ;-) Oh Ya, you are right about the sun burn being a keeper, biggest of the year so far - would like to have released that one for someone else to catch. HEHE
