We went to Ludlow and the wind was crazy. So we loaded up and hit Island on the way back home. I did get two bass in the pads at the north end of the lake one 3.4 the other 4.2 lbs tossed them back and the swimmers were tripping on that! We were only there for 2 hours before the sun burns were getting out of control. The fish were on the edge of the pads on the deep side. Water was warmer but not warm enough for a Fl. boy. The water was very clear. The eagle was eating well today from every one tossing back trout plants.
