woke up early and hit Wye again this morning. as soon as we shoved off the launch, my partner said "there's one". i saw a nice trout so i threw out about 7' from the boat and he hit it! after i landed it, she measured 20", but only 1.3 lbs. the fish was badly damaged, it had an orange corky connected to about 12" of line and a treble hook connected to its underside. apparently it had passed all stuff through its system! incredible! i think that's the reason for it being a little on the puny side. anyway, we caught about 15 fish and i think i was out fished by my partner! OUCH!!!!!!
