Fourteen guys been fishing this lake this same week for eight years straight. We caught eight (8) trout TOTAL from daylight 'till noon on Saturday , May 17th. Pressure was on among us, so we were fishing HARD changing up trying everything (still fishing and trolling). The fish we did catch were short, about 14 inches and so fat you couldn't begin to get your hand around them. They were FULL of flies, so must have been one heck of a hatch before we arrived or damn few fish in the lake compared to years past! Good luck if you go....hope they're hungry by then! :)
