Chelan County's Wapato Lake covers 216 surface acres and has a maximum depth of 68 feet. This lake has a little something for most all anglers. Fish species include largemouth bass, crapppie, bluegill and real nice sized rainbow trout. Public access is provided by the Washington State Department of Fish and Wild-life Department. The large access area has lots of parking space, pit toilets and a very good concrete block boat launching ramp. Bob Johansen
