hey max, great idea. I wish more people would step forward and offer to make videos. I think it will be cool when we have several hundred lake videos available.

If no one else can help you I can certainly edit them down, assuming you have a DV type camcorder. Just let me know.

Max

That would be great. Shooting videos is a lot of fun. There are hundreds of lakes in the state and although Mike, Oneshot and I would love to retire, fish and video tape all the lakes in the state, well...... that dream will never happen. So, get a camera and join in.

See if you can borrow a DV camcorder and try a couple of lakes. If you decide that it is a hobby you want to continue with, the video camcorders are really quite reasonable. You can pick up a pretty decent one for about $250-300. If you go that route, you will need to have an editing software and Mike can steer you in the right direction for that. I use iMovie, which is an Apple software. Mike is on PC.

If you need any advise or have any questions on video taping, PM either Mike, Oneshot or me. We would be very happy to help. Good luck and I'm excited to see your upcoming productions:thumright

Max............. I started fishing last summer at Merwin but I havnt been to Yale or Swift. I hope to have more time off work
this spring to do some serious fishing at all three lakes.

I would also like to try some of the Oregon lakes, have you tried any of them?
