Steel Lake No Luck

I did the trip to Rattlesnake lake and didn't end up setting any traps due to the "Bait Rule" so I took my Salmon carcasses to Steel lake to give it a try. I let my 4 pots sit overnight and had no dads in the pots when I pulled them up today. The bait seemed to be undisturbed so I don't even think I had any lost nibblers. Does anybody know of any areas in South King County where I can catch an abundance? The best luck I've had was in the Green River with a wopping 3 harvested with an overnight soak. I WANT A CRAWFISH BOIL SO BAD! (i will not buy them as the hunt is more than half the fun.) I also had absolutely no luck at Mayfield Lake.
