Have you tried craigs list, (free stuff). I see things like that quite a bit.

About a month ago there was a for sale sign hanging on a smaller skiff and trailer in good condition in the grass triangle in the town of Clear Lake. I think it was only a couple hundred, might be worth a road trip.

The is a 14 footer, or so, for sale with trailer on the Issaguah-Maple Valley hiwy/road, sorta close to Issaquah. I saw it today. Don't know the price or motor info. The for-sale sign on cardboard is folded over too much. Out in the middle of a small field a few yards away from the road on the east side.
