Come to the monthly meeting of CCA's Snoking Chapter this Thursday night, Mar. 24 at 7:00 in Woodinville and learn more about flashers, downriggers, and Springers. For details and directions, see: www.ccapnw.org/snoking. This one shouldn't get canceled because of bad weather etc.
