Docks around Tacoma?

Post by Curtis » Wed Jun 30, 2010 8:28 am

Hey guys,

Normally I take our 22ft Lund out in the sound to go after crabs, but this Friday I have an evening with my girlfriend and I know she'd love to try it out. Logistically, it looks like the Lund is out of the question, so do you guys know of any decent docks around the Tacoma area to drop a few pots?

Thanks for your help, feel free to PM if you don't want to broadcast too loudly! ;-)

The les davis pier in tacoma (mabye the ruston area) is doing pretty well. I was just there today with my ring net. Few keepers, some people pulling in 5 1/2 to 6 in red rocks. A lot of little crab though.
