Alumaweld boat floor replacement

Post by medic1 » Fri Aug 21, 2009 11:34 am

So I was bored the other day and decided to replace the floor in my 86 alumaweld. I have one question for those that have done something like this before. What is the best way to secure the floor to the boat? The factory used rivits. As the rivits popped out, the guy that owned the boat before me used screws to hold the floor down. Thanks for the help

Stainless steel screws are what secure my deck(floor) to the boat.

Screws are what hold the floor down in my '05 Alumaweld.
