Downriggers wanted...

Post by spinnerbait89 » Tue Jul 28, 2009 8:52 am

Hello all!

I'm looking for a good deal on a pair of Cannon manual downriggers. If they're collecting dust in your garage, all take them off your hands!

Thanks,
Brett

A word to the wise with the canon dr's, the bases if you can find them are quite expensive. New might be cheaper.

Thanks for the heads up on the bases guys, but unfortunately I already found out the hard way. I arranged to borrow two cannon dr's for a salmon trip. When I picked them up, a day before the trip, I found that they had custom bases for his boat that wouldn't work on mine. So... now I own two expensive bases and would like to fill them with some dr's!
Thanks again!

I've got a pair of Scotty manual riggers with mounts, short booms I'd let go of for $125

I have 2 used Scotty Strongarm downriggers 30in SS Booms. Good shape, good cable, just replaced them with 2 Cannon Mag 10 HS.
