sturgeon bait on steriods

Post by limarxy » Fri Jul 24, 2009 1:58 pm

hello, i have made a custom bait to catch a stergeon fast and easy,
1, buy your self a sand shrimp plastic bait
2. go to art store and buy the mold make $10, and 2 parts (flexible plastic) parts maker make sure its a flexible like ruber
3. buy a condom vibrating ring
4. buy a sand shrimp oil

make a molds top and botom from the plastric shrimp bait, so now you have a 2 sides top and botom, carve with the knife 2 small separate holes, place a vibrating ring into one so that you can be able to press the swith with your finger(and dont forget where other wise you wont be able to turn the vibrator on) the the other hole that towards the front leave (its for the storage where you going to put the shrimp oil there)
now take the top second piece of made shrimp and glue them together with a plastic or ruber glue,
then tie it to the hook, test it if it vbrates, when you arive at your fishing place take a medical neadle and puncture the hole in the storage compartment where you going to pump the shripm oil, make shure the hole is not to small or big, and pume the oil in it and flip the vibrator on and cast, see what happens, you wil be supprised, cheers

Cool idea! I think I understand your instructions. A sketch or two might help though. I'm guessing that you need to separate the vibrating device from the ring prior to placing it into the half of the shrimp. Any idea on how long the batteries will last?

Don't ask me how I know...:-"

But you can buy WATERPROOF vibrating "bullets" like those that come on those "rings" at most "specialty" shops and even ebay...probably cheaper, and you don't have to worry about water ruining them!
