Great N/W Sportfishing Show with WL.com - come see us there!

Post by Lotech Joe » Mon Jan 26, 2009 7:54 pm

Coming to Spokane soon. March 6, 7, & 8. In the new Convention Center. WL.com will be there. Mike, Marc, Me (Lotech Joe) and maybe Aaron will all be present and accounted for. I was at last year's show, and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Everything a Sport Fisherman could be interested in was there and showing off. From the smallest Fly Fishing fly to the largest Sea Going boat will be on display. Seminars, products and information will all be available and readily accessible. Stop by the WL.com booth and say Hi. We may have a little more than a hand shake waiting for you. And maybe a peek at the new website.
See you in March. :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

HERE is a link.

I'd probably be able to leave the show long enough to give you a ride. PM me for details.

Do you think you all will still have bunches of snow on the ground for the show?

I'm figuring Marc will take me fishing, but only if the lake is 80% ice on. :bball:

We hope to meet lots of Eastsider anglers and show first hand the new web site (which will be up running by then!).

Also, there will be a raffle for some nice gear and other fun stuff...

there is still a lot of snow everywhere and i doubt it will even be close to gone, but it hasnt snowed since early January so the roads are pretty much 100% clear.

This will be my first chance to make it to something like this so I'm really excited for the show. I will definitely be there at least Saturday, maybe Sunday too. I'll keep an eye out for the WL.com booth.

I'm going to be like a kid in a candy store so I hope my wife doesn't get too upset when I buy a ton of gear. :bounce:

This one I will have to pass up. It is too far from home. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did at the sportsmen show on the west side.
Look for Wannafish A Lure on FaceBook
He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.” When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.

Wish we could make it over for the show but like you say Toni, it is along way from home. It's always fun to go to a new one though so maybe next year. I'm sure it will be great fun. Let us all know what it is like.

BUMP...

March 6,7,8 - It's almost here! Visit Aaron, Marc Martyn, LoTech Joe, and myself at The Great Western Sportfishing Show. I'm looking forward to meeting our Eastern Washington members. We'll have the site up and running so we can answer questions about the new site and premium memberships. There will be a raffle and some special gifts for new premium memberships. Marc and Joe will be showing off their fly-tying skills as well. See you at the Show!

Same here. I was there Saturday. It was a really good time and I learned a few things in the seminars. Since I usually rent boats for fishing I also picked up a Hummingbird portable fish finder. I can't wait to get that thing wet :thumright .

Well, the show is over, and it was a great event. We welcomed some new premium members and a few really nice sponsors. It was great being surrounded by nothing but people who fish. All four of us, (Mike-Aaron-Marc-Me)were there all 3 days and we met a lot of really great people. Many of those folks have been casual members for some time. Many have been participating members, and it was great putting faces to names. Some family members and some new members, have upgraded to premium membership. I wanted to buy everything I saw but I only bought one cheeseburger and one ham sandwich. I didn't tie up near as many flies as I thought I would, but I talked way more than I thought was possible. I wish you all could have been there. We're a great family and we're going to get a lot better in the future.
GREAT SHOW

All you purchased was a cheeseburger and a ham sandwich at a fishing show?
Thats some serious discipline. Sounds like another great show
