Yup..Same here BBD.I started off the New Year fishing the Duwie.I got down there at dark AM.Fished till I saw the color of the river and left w/ very cold hands and very wet.I did start off the new year fishing.All in all it felt good to be out there.
When youre up to your rear end in alligators,its hard to remember that the initial plan was to drain the swamp.

Hey guys I guess i brought the new year in with the best luck. We went to sammamish and got two nice fish in the 3lb range and lost one at the boat that looked to be about the same. Fish in samm are 50' range as expected.

Dez 35' man... thats my winter stuff like i said.

J, honestly thats the the most shallow i have been on smallies since october .. I never said i didnt believe that you were getting them up there , i have just been choosing to go deeper is all .. Glad to see you boys got out on new years day as well .. We thought about hitting Lk Samm up , but come on man how can you pass up a "one bass boat " on lake day, on washington .. I think that happens maybe like once every blue moon .. lol ..Looks like we will be hitting Lk Samm up this saturday ..Keep Casting Bro and stay safe ..(we are anglers of a different breed) who else is talk'n bass in "January" ..Gotta get back to work My Docter says that this website is not the best way the start my day .. No worries i left a treble hook in his chair after my last visit #-o

I am hoping to find some water this weekend. I didnt get out in December but want to start the year of right with the first trip of the year. makes note to self to keep an eye out for trebles when around BBD!
'course they don't have biscuits and gravy ... but if they did, I bet everyone would eat there.
