Pretty proud of myself! My first outing, specifically targeting Largemouth. And I got a nice one! So, this is my personal best for a largie... 3.5lbs, caught this morning. I'm liking this bass stuff more and more all the time! :bounce: Sorry about the bad pics...

Yeah I was, the problem with fishing alone is there is no one around to hear you when you say Woo Hoo, look what I got!!

I went to Martha (AM) this morning and caught another 3.5-er could have been the twin! This is fun stuff:cheers:

Got any recommendations on cheaper cameras that I could take on my float tube, or cases to protect my current camera? I have no problems with catch and release, but I want to take pictures, and thats harder to do on a float tube :). Plus, I have the bass regulations memorized, so need to worry about that anymore.
Good attitude, thanks for keeping it postive. And hey, nice fish!

Not a big fish at all, maybe 1.5 to 2lbs (pic makes it look small, but i promise it was around that wieght!) but it felt like a 5lber on a 5.6 UL with 6lb test.
I kept on catching 8 inch smallies on a stiff 7ft rod, so i decided i might as well have some fun with them, and tied the same plastic onto the UL and this was the first one that bit. Caught (and released) at Potholes.
