If you have a boat try Lake 12 in Black Diamond. I used to go out there when I first started Bass fishing and could not keep the Bluegill off. Never did catch a Bass worth talking about, to many Blugill.

Almost every lake in king county has panfish. But here are a list of lakes where I have caught them and I know there are there for sure. If I were you I would wait until august for a sure fire bet. I take my kids to Phantom Lake in Bellevue. They fish off the dock with worm and bobber. I've had them fishing since they could walk. Both of them could cast at 2 years old. Now they're 3 and 5 and they love fishing. They say they love hunting too. Sun fish and bass are an excellent way to start them out.
