Medical Lake...Across the road

Has anyone ever tried fishing the pond size piece of Medical Lake that is across the road from the end near the access to the hospital? There has to be something in there. Or is there?

E-mail the game dept. and they will tell you if they have stocked it.
I think that it gets pretty low later in the year and I don't think anything would survive in it.
