We paid $32,997 for ours in 2009, and a new one, exact same model with a 115hp and no kicker was just under $50k at this year's boat show. No way I would sell ours for a dime less than what we paid PLUS all the upgrades and it would still be a bargain. [wink]

Sounds like a great setup. I hate to put more money into mine with the feelings I have about it right now. I could be the only guy in the.world who wants a smaller boat!

Dan, I have the 17.5' Alumaweld Talon. It has all the accessories on it, and it is absolutely perfect for the Basin lakes and the Columbia. I do wish I had a full 18 or 20' Stryker, as it would fish a family of 4 a little better. You may want to talk to a dealer and see what they could do for you as far as a trade or getting you set up with a bow mount. Sounds like you have a very nice setup now, would not take much to make it right for you. Hope all works out.

Here are the pictures of my bow mount electric trolling motor. I have the I-pilot version that has gps built in. Love it.
I still have room to tie off the anchor even with the electric motor installed.

We have the same model and mounted it almost the same way/location. Ours runs more parallel to the port side when retracted though. Our mounting base is the other one thats available and is a bit smaller when the motor isnt in place. We love ours too.
