so, 2 buddies of mine both with 14ft sealakers moored at pt. defiance boathouse have discovered that they're registration number on the title did not match the numbers on the hull. ron discovered his didn't match during the safety inspection being done by a coast guard aux and boathouse tenant. he got it all straightened out before the june 1st opener. tommy found out earlier when stopped by the tacoma police boat for a random inspection. he had been stopped many times before and they never bothered checking the hull ID number before. they ran it and the number came back as saying his boa was a stolen bayliner. that one took more work to get squared away. somehow an O was switched with a Q by someone probably accidentally.
