It is very true, and very real. I recall lots of sea-lice on my little 15-17" sea-run cutts that I caught in lake washington over the late fall. They were just covered in sea-lice. I contacted NOAA fisheries and they said this is not all that uncommon and to expect more of with fresh new runs of sea-runs. I can't even imagine the juvie salmonoids and what not...it's very sad.
