I was wondering how puyallup river is doing this year with the salmon? These couple weeks I've been there multiple times and had no luck.
What type of setup is best for cohos?

Re: Puyallup River Salmon
it's slow now, but fish are there. i landed a 10lb chinook hen a couple of weekends ago and last week caught 2 adult coho. but, i've been out 10 times! the river is running low right now, even after this week's rain. should pick up after some more rain falls and the river levels rise.
your usual corky & yarn set up will work best. play around with colors, anything from chartreuse to pink to purple, and adjust your leader, 4' to 6'.
