I have a pair of Simms g3's, I choose my $150 dollar cabela's neoprene's over them when it gets cold. Nothing better for warmth.

I'll try to stay on topic...Danny, I've tried calling and emailing you and haven't got a response. Check your old english email.

On the wader topic, pay the money up front or you'll end up paying it in the end anyways. Started this season with a basic set of $79 built in boot waders from Sportsmans. After the seams started leaking 2 months into the season, I started coating them in Plasti-Dip. Works, but you have to re-coat more often than I'd like...so I figured $6 per can of Plasti-Dip was adding up and I might as well just get a set of decent waders. Got the Caddis Northern Guide for $130 and what a world of difference. Yes, I have to layer underneath with long johns...but I have so much more mobility and they are so much lighter, and when it's warm out I love that they are breathable. I would highly recommend a quality pair of waders...not so sure about $500 or more...but I love my Caddis waders.

This colder weather has me ready. Going to cook creek to slap around some brats in december. Then fish the lower Quinault in February or March for big nates. Filled in with some home water fishing on the sky.

I like the rear casting platform. I want one for my boat, but fishing with the people I do, I would probably end up with a few piercings.
