I am in. I have a boat that is suitable for the Snohomish River. Should I bring it or just plan an shore patrol?

We were contemplating maybe doing some fishing also, maybe before or after so if you like you can bring it, but we do have quite a few with boats already.. It is up to you.... we could always use more shore people....

Boats can run folks from one spot to the next on the river, that would be awesome.

i will get my girlfriend to make up a few lbs of some homemade potatoe salad i can also snag a couple boxed of latex free gloves so the "other letex" items we find won't poisen anyone. I wouldnt mind a boat ride and be a shore guy.. i am all for some fishing before or after.

Definitely. We'll be fishing and cleaning up, and come 11-12 o'clock figure on gathering together for lunch. Should be a great day. There will be zombie pinks and fresh bright silvers in the river.

We should make this post sticky, so that it can get more attention and volunteers.

Agreed..... Mike was going to also send out a sitewide email reminding members of this event..... I for one can't wait for this to happen, the river access spot are turning into a county dumping station.....

Thanks for the reminder, I will ask Aaron to send out the mass e-mail this week. And it already was a sticky. I made it an Announcement so it's at the very top.

BTW, OneShot Video Production will be filming this event SO if you want to be part of one of his cool videos show up and maybe you'll be in the MOVIES. =D>

i dont know if you have any raffle stuff or give aways, in the past when i have done mass clean ups its always fun to see you can find the wierdest, or most discusting piece of trash, do a bottle/can count contest. i know the competitiveness in me will probably seek a little deeper to win the wierdest thing found.

List update, e-mail went out yesterday. Let's make this a Big Turn-out. Give back to the river that has been so generous to us this year.

well, first priority is catch garbage. I'm pretty sure no limits and a big run of garbage will greet us. Oh yes, and some silvers to play with. :fish:
