Cool. I am supplying 12 plastic fly boxes with label commemorating this first ever WL.com fly tying event. So if you haven't sent your flies in, could you please send a little extra postage to Mark when you mail the flies? I think $2-3 dollars will cover it and WL.com will chip in some money for mailing as well.

I am David Hall, Marc Martyn just got me hooked into the tying event. i will be tying a "lightning bug", nymph pattern, extremely effective in these parts, (Eastern Wash. and Northern Idaho, Western Montana) streams and lakes. But I am sure it would be effective anywhere!

OK, i purchased some bubble mailers.

get your flys to me, with some cash to cover postage.

i have bubble mailers and WL.com is donating fly boxes.

what ever you send them to me in will NOT be returned.

normaly you get the flys back how ever you get them to the swapmiester, but this is an exception.

a First at WL.com!!!!

yes, I was thinking of that issue. The box probably won't have enough room for twelve toe tags. Not to cause more work for you beresford, but one suggestion would be to line up all the flys on a sheet of paper with the tags under them and take a digital picture, then print it out twelve times. But I don't think it will be an issue as the tags will tell what the fly is made of so we should be able to figure it out.

:bball: I'll bounce this off you guys-

When you mentioned toe tags, I didn't envision an actual toe-tag.

This is what I was going to do for mine:

WL.com Xmas Fly Swap

e-mail address

WL.com Xmas Fly Swap

Print up twelve, cut them into strips and hook on the bend of the hook. Actually the e-mail address is not needed since it is coming from a site member. They can email the person through the site and get the tying instructions from the creator.
