It is a pop up, not a fold up style, so you have lots of room with it up. And again, the blind is completely removable. In fact, it has only been used a couple times as I didn't even do any duck hunting last year. Maybe only used twice in 2011.

How many hours on the motor? and has it ever been used in salt water?

Under 30 hours on the motor (estimate). I have mainly used this setup for trolling local lakes with speed limits under 10 mph. I have used it in te nisqually delta about 4 times, but have flushed thoroughly with salt away and washed and waxed after. I had a 17 foot mod v I used in the salt instead of this one, in which I sold that for a 20 foot trophy. So this boat was just for small lakes and such. It's basically new. And only ethanol free has been ran in it.
